HOW TO COPE WITH YOUR NUTRITION


Nutrition plays a major role in your healthy living,eating moderately and balance eating plan that supplies the right amount of energy to maintain strength.
         Eating every three hours keeps the blood glucose in the body and brain at more consistent levels.
         Eating the right amount  of protein, fat and carbohydrate three hours before engaging will help supply enough energy for your effort.
        If you are working out early,then go for light carbohydrate snack and a piece of cereal an hour before engaging.
        Always keep your body hydrated,it is recommended to take a glass of water every hour.
