Symptoms (develop within minutes or hours after you breathe in an allergen)
Sneezing ,runny nose ( especially after u wake up in the morning.
A tickle in throat
coughing.
Watery, itchy eyes
Itchy ears, nose, n throat

Try to prevent allergen ( pollen ,dust,temp change,animal hair etc)

see a doc if -
Symp. does not subside
Pain in ear / sinus area
Purulent cough/ discharge
Fever
Recurrence
