  4. Muscle soreness.
  5. Decreased ability to resist infection.
  6. Loss of coordination.
  7. Higher resting heart rate.
  8. Loss of appetite
  9. Stomach ache.
  10. Dizziness.

  11. The mistakes most beginners make is, doing too much, too fast, too long a period of time, most times the motivation is getting it over with. In  most cases, workouts becomes an addiction, a substitute for other part of life. Excessive workouts puts you at risk of poor performance.
