1 inch piece of raw beetroot
1/2 apple (royal gala or golden)
1 inch slice of pineapple
1 inch slice of lemon
3/4 litre mineral water
1 sports bottle or flask
Juice the beetroot, apple pineapple and lemon. Mix with the water into a large bottle. Shake and drink.
